Kevin Tomayko is a Graphic Designer in the Special Projects Department at the Dallas Zoo. Over the last few years at the zoo he has became well versed in design installing and fabricating various signage around the zoo. Kevin does everything from print media to exhibit design. Some notable projects he worked on were the today at the zoo activity boards, the 96 Elephant campaign and the rebranding and laying out the National Geographic Photo Ark permanent exhibit that transformed the tunnel at the Dallas Zoo.
Before working at the Dallas Zoo he worked at Signs by Tomorrow where he became knowledgeable about various signage materials and the limits of design in the outdoors. Kevin went to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he received a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. Kevin loves the outdoors animals and automobiles of every kind.
